Calhoun County High School
Calhoun County High School project consisted of over 120,000 square feet complete re-roof. The existing roofing was torn off to the existing LWIC deck. A temporary 2 ply modified bitumen sheet was installed and a new tapered LWIC pour was added. After the new LWIC system was installed an Energy Star Rated 2 ply modified bitumen cap sheet system was installed. The project was completed on time, within budget, and all the while school was in session.

Calvary Church
Calvary Church is 300,000 square foot church located in the heart of South Charlotte. The roofing project consisted of 17 different areas and 16 different roof levels. The re-roof project was only accessible in one spot which made the logistics of this project very tough. The existing membrane had prematurely failed within 10 years and was removed down to the existing insulation. The new PVC membrane was installed over the existing insulation. New sheet metal was installed on all the spires located around the church.

East Rutherford High School
East Rutherford High School project consisted of over 100,000 square feet complete re-roof. The existing roofing was torn off to the existing metal deck. New tapered insulation was added. The finished roof consisted of an Energy Star Rated 2 ply modified bitumen cap sheet system was installed. The project was completed on time, within budget, and all the while school was in session.

Charlotte Mecklenburg School Headquarters, Charlotte NC
Charlotte Mecklenburg School Headquarters consisted of a 35,000 square feet of roof replacement. The existing roof was torn down to the existing deck and a new 2 ply modified bitumen roofing system was installed. The project was completed on time and within budget.

Bethel Elementary School
Bethel Elementary School consisted of a 80,000 square feet of complete re-roof. The existing roof was torn down to the existing deck and a new 2 ply modified bitumen roofing system was installed. The project was completed on time, within budget, and all the while school was in session.

Freightliner consisted of a 200,000 square feet complete re-roof. The existing roof was torn down to the existing deck and a new 4 ply built-up gravel in hot asphalt roofing system was installed. The project was completed on time and within budget.

Crowders Creek Elementary consisted of a 150,000 square feet of partial re-roof. The existing membrane had prematurely failed within 10 years and was removed down to the existing insulation. Omnova Solutions consisted of a 80,000 square feet of complete re-roof. The existing roof was torn down to the existing deck and a new fully adhered EPDM roofing system was installed. The project was completed on time and within budget.

Porter Ridge High School consisted of a 109,500 square feet of recover, 15,000 square feet of complete tear-off. The existing roof was torn down to the existing deck and a new 2 ply modified bitumen roofing system was installed. White Oak Manor, Burlington nc
White Oak Manor is 60,000 square foot Skilled Nursing Center located in Burlington, NC. The roofing project consisted of removal of the existing shingle roof system to the wood deck. Installation of new underlayment and shingle roof system, all while the facility remained open. Mecklenburg Roofing, Inc. understands that the main priority was and always will be the patients, staff, and families’ safety during this project. The project was completed on time and within budget.
